Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Lead Data Scientist / AI & Machine Learning Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Optimization, and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in predictive analytics, computer vision, NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs), and cloud-based MLOps platforms, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions.

The role requires technical leadership, hands-on model development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to create measurable business value through data science and AI.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end design, development, validation, and deployment of Machine Learning and Deep Learning solutions for complex business and industrial use cases.
- Define data science strategies and select appropriate techniques across Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Optimization, NLP, and Generative AI.
- Design and implement predictive, prescriptive, and optimization models using structured, semi-structured, time series, image, and video data.
- Oversee the complete data science lifecycle, including data acquisition, exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, model training, validation, and monitoring.
- Drive production deployment and operationalization of AI solutions using MLOps frameworks on Azure and AWS cloud platforms.




- Develop scalable analytics pipelines and AI applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Lead development of optimization solutions using techniques such as Linear Programming, Quadratic Programming, Genetic Algorithms, and other advanced optimization methods.
- Mentor and guide data scientists and machine learning engineers, promoting best practices in model development, software engineering, and experimentation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define success metrics, and communicate insights and outcomes effectively.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and lead proof-of-concepts (POCs), innovation initiatives, and capability-building programs.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

- Strong experience in designing, developing, and deploying Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for large-scale business and industrial applications.
- Advanced proficiency in Python for data analysis, machine learning model development, statistical analysis, and automation.
- Hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, OpenCV, and related technologies.




- Expertise in Machine Learning algorithms including:
- Decision Trees
- Random Forests
- Clustering Techniques
- Support Vector Machines (SVM)
- Ensemble Models
- Neural Networks
- LSTM
- CNN
- YOLO
- Solid understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Experience with optimization techniques including Linear Programming, Quadratic Programming, Genetic Algorithms, and Operations Research methods.
- Expertise in data wrangling, exploratory data analysis, feature selection, model evaluation, and performance monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with MLOps practices including CI/CD, model versioning, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.

Desired Experience

- 10+ years of overall experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Advanced Analytics.
- 3+ years of experience leading Data Science or AI teams.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions in industrial environments.
