We're Hiring: Senior Data Scientist - Marketing Analytics

? Key Requirements

✅ 10-12 years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.

✅ Robust proficiency in Python and SQL.

✅ Hands-on experience in:

- Machine Learning
- Statistical Analysis
- Predictive Modeling

✅ Experience working with large-scale datasets using cloud platforms or distributed computing frameworks. ✅ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

⭐ Good-to-Have Skills

- Marketing Attribution, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), or Customer Journey Analytics
- Causal Inference, Experimentation, and Incrementality Measurement
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- PySpark, Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery
- Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads,



Meta Ads, or DV360
- MLOps tools and model deployment best practices

- Build and deploy advanced machine learning models to solve business challenges.
- Drive marketing measurement initiatives using attribution, MMM, and experimentation frameworks.
- Analyze large-scale data to uncover actionable insights and optimize business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into strategic decisions.
- Leverage cloud and big data technologies to scale analytics solutions.
