Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with strong expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions using Python and modern AI frameworks, with robust exposure to large-scale image and video datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, train, and deploy advanced Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
- Work extensively with Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch for AI/ML development.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and management of large-scale image and video datasets.
- Develop solutions using Transformer architectures, RNNs, Transfer Learning, and Vision Transformers (ViT).
- Work on NLP, LLM fine-tuning, Generative AI, and RAG-based solutions.
- Build and implement AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies for LLMs including GPT, Claude, and LLaMA.
- Design and implement agentic workflows and enterprise-grade AI solutions.
- Implement MLOps practices including model versioning, CI/CD, automated deployment, monitoring, and model lifecycle management.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with enterprise security, governance, privacy, and compliance requirements.




- Work with Databricks and Azure Cloud for large-scale data processing and AI/ML workloads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Required Skills:

- 8+ years of overall IT experience with solid hands-on experience in Data Science.
- Strong programming expertise in Python.
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
- Strong experience in NLP is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Transformer Architectures, RNNs, Transfer Learning, Vision Transformers (ViT), and LLM Fine-Tuning.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI.
- Experience building AI agents using LangGraph or similar frameworks.
- Strong prompt engineering experience with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, and LLaMA.
- Strong experience in Databricks and Azure Cloud.
- Good understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, model versioning, and automated deployment.
- Experience working with UNIX/Linux environments.
- Understanding of enterprise AI security, governance, and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience handling large-scale image and video datasets.
- Experience designing enterprise-grade AI/ML platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
