Role Description The Data Science Trainer role is a part-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The trainer will design and deliver data science training sessions, including lectures, practical labs, and workshops tailored to learners at various levels. Daily tasks include preparing and updating course materials, creating structured lesson plans, and demonstrating core concepts in statistics, machine learning, programming, and data visualization through real-world examples and projects.

The trainer will evaluate learner performance through assignments, tests, and project reviews,



provide constructive feedback, and support learners with doubt-clearing sessions. Collaboration with academic coordinators and other trainers to refine curriculum, align with industry trends, and contribute to continuous improvement of training quality is expected.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Science Education knowledge, with the ability to connect theoretical concepts to practical data science applications.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Physics and Mathematics to explain quantitative methods, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving strategies.
- Candidates should possess experience as a Qualified Teacher or Trainer, with proven skills in classroom management and learner engagement.
- Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning skills, including structuring modules, aligning learning objectives, and using appropriate teaching aids.
- Relevant experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics, including hands-on work with tools such as Python or R, is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline) is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, ability to explain complex topics in simple terms, and a learner-centric teaching approach are essential.
- Familiarity with industry use cases, real-time projects, and corporate training environments will be an added advantage.
