Job Overview Role: Data Entry Operator Shift: Night Shift Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week (Mon–Fri) Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM Key Responsibilities Data Management: Accurately enter and update data from various sources (paperwork, digital files, or databases) into our internal systems.

Verification: Review data for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies and resolve them before final entry.

Quality Control: Maintain high standards of data integrity and confidentiality at all times.

File Maintenance: Digitize physical records and organize digital files for easy retrieval.

Reporting: Generate basic reports and summaries based on the entered data as required by management.

Skills Experience:



Previous experience in data entry or a clerical role is preferred.

Typing Speed: Proficiency in touch typing with a minimum speed of 40–50 WPM and high accuracy.

Software Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel , Google Sheets, and CRM software.

Attention to Detail: Ability to spot minor errors and stay focused during repetitive tasks.

Reliability: Since this is a night shift role, punctuality and the ability to maintain a consistent sleep-work schedule are essential.
