Key Responsibilities

- Update spare parts details accurately in the ERP system and Work Orders.
- Enter incoming, outgoing, return, and damaged parts in the WMS system.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Monitor stock levels and update inventory regularly.
- Prepare stock reports and support inventory audits.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies.
- Maintain proper records of warehouse transactions.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with Spare Parts, Warehouse, Production, and other teams.
- Follow company SOPs and inventory processes.
- Support system/data-related issues and coordinate with IT when required.





Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience, preferably 2–3 years in automobile spare parts/inventory.
- Any Graduate.
- Experience in ERP/WMS or inventory management systems.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations.
- Good data-entry speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, and English – spoken communication required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop/warehouse environment.
