This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Data Analyst based in India.
This role supports client-facing business operations through accurate, timely, and data-driven analysis.
You will combine analytical thinking, operational discipline, and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality results across multiple client projects.
Working closely with senior analysts and operational leadership, you will help execute established processes while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.
You will analyze data from multiple sources, perform validation and quality checks, and translate business requirements into effective operational solutions.
The position also offers exposure to process design, technology implementation, secondary research, and stakeholder coordination across different time zones.
Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, an operational mindset, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Accountabilities
- Understand and clearly communicate client business issues, operating rules, data requirements, and standard operating procedures.
- Execute established operational processes while identifying and recommending opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Develop a strong understanding of operational processes, data, tools, and technologies to effectively translate business needs into technical and operational requirements.
- Build subject-matter expertise over time and apply it to recurring operational processes and client deliverables.
- Perform quality checks and data validations on deliverables and communicate results, issues, and exceptions to senior operational leadership.
- Execute defined operational models using established procedures, governance standards, quality controls, roles, and responsibilities.
- Support the development of more productive operating models,
detailed documentation, standard operating procedures, templates, and recurring reporting tools.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across different time zones to ensure smooth and timely delivery of client work.
- Support engineering teams with the implementation and testing of new or enhanced operational procedures.
- Test new and updated processes to verify accuracy, consistency, and alignment with defined requirements.
- Manage multiple client and internal tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Track and address unplanned tasks arising from operational and client projects.
- Conduct secondary research and investigate client questions related to operational deliverables when required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide broader analytical and operational value across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience using data analysis or data-mining tools, particularly SQL; exposure to stored procedures is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, quality consciousness, and an operational mindset.
- Ability to analyze business problems, understand data and processes, and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with stakeholders or teams across different time zones.
- Experience contributing to or leading the delivery of analytical results to internal or external clients.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to investigate issues and identify practical solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting established deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Preferred experience in pharmaceuticals, managed markets consulting, healthcare analytics, or analytics consulting.
- A Master’s degree, MBA, PGDM, or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Experience in product development, product management, or operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of the US healthcare environment is a plus.
