Role OverviewTurn business data into insight — client performance reports, VA productivity metrics, sales funnels, and financial dashboards for leadership and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and organize data from CRM, project tools, and internal systems
- Build dashboards and recurring reports in Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI
- Analyze VA productivity, client account health, and sales pipeline metrics
- Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports for management and client review calls
- Identify trends and present actionable recommendations
- Maintain data accuracy and documentation standards

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline with strong analytical aptitude (B.Com/BBA/B.Sc/Engineering welcome)
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, charts) — mandatory
- Working knowledge of Power BI or willingness to learn quick
- Basic SQL preferred
- Strong attention to detail and comfort presenting findings in English
