About The Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Data &

- Analytics team. You will work across Sales (D2C, ECom &
- QCom, B2B, Offline GT &
- MT), Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement and People &
- Culture functions, turning data from multiple business systems into reliable reporting and clear analysis. The role combines hands-on technical work with close business partnering - you will be expected to understand the commercial context behind the numbers, not just produce them.

What You’ll Do

- Build and maintain automated data pipelines from business systems into the data warehouse, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and reconciliation with source.
- Write and optimise SQL to transform raw data into clean, well-structured datasets for reporting..
- Design and maintain BI dashboards and data models that are accurate, fast and easy for business users to interpret.
- Own and document metric definitions so that reporting is consistent across teams.




- Partner with business stakeholders to understand their questions, deliver analysis and support decision- making
- Investigate anomalies and trends proactively and present findings with clear recommendations
- Identify manual, repetitive processes and automate them to improve efficiency..

What We’re Looking For

- 0–3 years of experience in a data analyst, BI or analytics role.
- Strong SQL skills, including joins, window functions and query optimisation.
- - Hands-on experience with a BI tool (Power BI preferred), including data modelling and calculated measures.
- Working knowledge of Python for data processing and automation.
- Experience with a cloud data warehouse and an understanding of basic data engineering practice.
- Positive business and commercial understanding, with the ability to connect data to business outcomes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain analysis to non-technical stakeholders.
- Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests efficiently.
