We’re looking for a Data Analyst – Ecommerce to help turn sales, inventory, pricing and profitability data into clear, actionable insights across our Ecommerce and Quick Commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Track daily sales, inventory and product availability across Ecommerce and Quick Commerce platforms and highlight actionable insights.
- Conduct competitor and price analysis to track market positioning and identify pricing opportunities.
- Support shipment and inventory planning for secondary warehouses to ensure stock availability across key cities.
- Verify monthly promotions and discount billing against actual sales data.
- Maintain and analyse weekly, monthly and quarterly reports across sales, discounts, inventory and advertising.
- Build SKU-level forecasts by platform to support quarterly sales and inventory planning.
- Conduct monthly SKU-level margin reviews for Ecommerce.
- Analyse platform-wise profitability, including sales, discounts, advertising and other associated costs.
- Build automated reporting and solutions to reduce manual work in recurring tasks.




- Analyse data from third-party Ecommerce and analytics platforms and translate it into business insights.
- Work closely with Ecommerce, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance teams to support data-led decision-making.

Skills & Requirements
- Graduate with a background in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Commerce, Economics or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel.
- Working knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualisation tools.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, dashboards and automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to translate data into explicit business insights and actionables.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Tally is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Experience in Ecommerce, Quick Commerce or FMCG would be preferred.
