We are looking for experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in D365 configuration, customizations, plugins, workflows, JavaScript, Power Platform, Azure integrations, and deployment activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and enhance D365 CRM solutions, including customizations and integrations.
- Participate in the complete delivery lifecycle from design to deployment.
- Ensure alignment with architecture guidelines, coding standards, and best practices.
- Develop and debug technical components independently.
- Translate D365 processes and functionality into accurate technical logic.
- Perform unit testing and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Follow coding standards, best practices, and documentation guidelines.
- Support the testing team with issue analysis, quick fixes, and timely closure.
- Work closely with integration, migration, and testing teams.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for features, changes, and deployments.




- Support deployment activities and post-production stabilization.
- Ensure on-time delivery of development tasks with complete ownership.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong experience in D365 Configuration.
- Hands-on experience with D365 Customizations, Plugins, Custom Workflows, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Unit Testing.
- Strong D365 functional knowledge across:
- Sales
- Customer Service
- Field Service
- Customer Insights
- Experience with Power Automate Flows and Power Apps Development.
- Experience with Solution Management, Deployment, and Release Management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Service Bus.
- Data migration experience.
- Knowledge of Azure integrations.
- Power Platform certifications such as:
- PL-200 – Power Platform Functional Consultant
- PL-900 – Power Platform Fundamentals
- AZ-900 – Azure Fundamentals
