About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Expert to join our agile team on an hourly contract basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for cybersecurity professionals passionate about applying their expertise to cutting-edge AI evaluation projects. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive knowledge in cybersecurity to design realistic security scenarios, develop reference solutions, and assess AI-generated outputs for security accuracy and compliance.

This position is fully remote, providing flexibility and the chance to work with a talented team dedicated to innovation and excellence. The role involves evaluating AI systems used to enhance next-generation AI development, ensuring that security measures are robust, effective, and aligned with industry standards.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess at least five years of professional experience in cybersecurity or related fields such as security engineering, security operations, incident response, risk management, or security leadership.



Strong familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks including NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIS2 is essential. Candidates should have practical experience managing security operations, incident response programs, security architecture, or compliance initiatives.

Proficiency with security tools such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, CrowdStrike, Tenable, Qualys, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms is highly desirable.

Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or equivalent credentials are strongly preferred, demonstrating a solid foundation in cybersecurity principles and practices. Excellent analytical skills, risk assessment capabilities, and technical communication are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities The primary responsibilities of this role include developing enterprise-level cybersecurity scenarios based on real-world security operations, threat detection, and risk management workflows. The candidate will create reference incident reports, security assessments, architecture designs, and compliance documentation to support project objectives. A key aspect of the role involves evaluating AI-generated cybersecurity outputs for accuracy, reasoning, and adherence to security standards, ensuring that AI systems are reliable and secure.





Designing grading rubrics to measure professional cybersecurity judgment and decision-making is also essential. The role requires applying various cybersecurity methodologies such as threat modeling, incident response planning, vulnerability management, and risk assessment. Collaboration with project teams is vital to maintain consistency, quality, and technical rigor across all deliverables, ensuring the highest standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Benefits
