Job Summary

· We are looking for an experienced Customer Support specialist (E-commerce) with prior experience in handling customers, vendors, and seller onboarding for an e-commerce platform.

· The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve calling and onboarding targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and vendors.

· Resolve customer queries related to products, orders, returns, cancellations, and support requests.

· Contact potential vendors and onboard them onto the platform.

· Explain platform features, policies, and onboarding process.

· Build relationships with customers and vendors.

· Follow up with leads for successful vendor registration.

· Coordinate with internal teams.





· Maintain CRM records.

· Achieve calling and onboarding targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 1–2 years of Telecalling/Customer Support experience.

· Mandatory e-commerce or marketplace experience.

· Vendor onboarding and seller support experience.

· Excellent Hindi & English communication.

· Knowledge of MS Office and CRM.

· Ability to work under targets.
