Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Specialist role based in Noida.

The Customer Support

Specialist will handle inbound inquiries from patients and customers, provide information about hearing services and products, and assist with appointment scheduling and follow-ups. Daily responsibilities include resolving service-related issues, offering basic technical assistance for hearing devices, updating records in clinic systems, and ensuring a positive experience at every interaction.



The role involves collaborating with clinical and administrative staff, maintaining clear communication, and proactively supporting customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

- Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive service experience.
- Solid Interpersonal Skills to communicate empathetically with patients and families and build trust in a clinical environment.
- Technical Support capabilities to provide basic troubleshooting assistance for hearing aids and related devices.
- Analytical Skills to understand customer concerns, identify patterns, and recommend improvements in service processes.
- Clear spoken and written communication in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Comfort working in an on-site clinical setting, with attention to detail and accurate documentation.
- Prior experience in customer service, healthcare, or clinic/retail environments is preferred.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is beneficial.
