Job Purpose: Ensure that all the calls been done on given SL and follow ups responded within SLA which ends in conversion based on the give target.
Responsibilities: (As assigned to the Executive)
1. Maintain the calling database
2. Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
3. Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
4. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
5. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
6. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
7. Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
8.
Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
9. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
10. Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.

Daily MIS(Management Information System) on calls
Calling data
Consolidated database creation on calling activity
Conversion data

Educational Qualification Any Degree/ Diploma
Experience Required 0 to 2 years of Experience
