About the Role

We're looking for a energetic Customer Support & Sales Agent to join our diagnostics team.

This is a blended role combining consultative sales with day-to-day customer support —

you'll pitch diagnostic and preventive health check-up packages while also handling scheduling, follow-ups, and query resolution for existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Pitch and sell diagnostic/preventive health check-up packages to prospective customers

via calls and chat
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries related to phlebotomy (home sample

collection) scheduling
- Follow up on test reports, resolve delays, and coordinate with lab/operations teams
- Manage high volumes of calls and chats daily while maintaining service quality
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through persuasive, consultative selling
- Address customer concerns, objections, and complaints professionally




- Maintain accurate records of interactions, bookings, and follow-ups in CRM
- Meet daily/monthly sales targets alongside support SLAs (response time, resolution

time, CSAT)

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in diagnostic/preventive health check-up sales or support.
- Proven ability to handle both sales and support simultaneously
- Strong verbal communication and convincing/negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume, target-driven environment
- Flexible to work rotational shifts
- Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools is a plus
- Fluency in required languages Hindi, English.

Preferred Skills

- Prior experience in diagnostic labs, hospitals, or health-tech companies
- Ability to multitask between sales pitches and support resolution without dropping

quality
