We are hiring Customer Support / Sales Executives for an International Software Company in Jaipur.

Handle customer calls, chats, and emails.

Understand customer problems and provide the right solution.

Upsell and cross-sell whenever required.

Maintain good customer satisfaction.

Graduation is mandatory

Minimum 1+ year experience in Customer Service / Technical Support / Sales

International BPO experience is preferred

Positive English communication skills

24×7 Rotational Shifts

Cab facility for eligible night shifts (9:30 PM – 6:00 AM)

5 Days Working

10-hour shifts
