Job Title: Customer Support Executive – (Telugu & Hindi) Location: Hyderabad Work Schedule: 6 Days (Monday–Saturday: Work from Home) Key Responsibilities : Handle inbound sales inquiries from website, app, and call channels Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and pending deployments Coordinate with field teams for vehicle alloca on and deployment updates Explain Hala’s rental plans, pricing, offers, and policies to customers Track leads, conversions, and closures in CRM Support payment follow-ups and basic customer queries pre-deployment Share daily sales reports and highlight bo lenecks Upsell suitable plans based on customer needs Requirements: 0–2 years experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or support Strong communica on skills (Telugu and Hindi preferred) Comfortable with CRM tools and calling systems Target-driven mindset with positive follow-up discipline Experience in EV, mobility, fintech, or rental businesses is a plus
