Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through calls and chat.
- Resolve customer issues and provide timely support.
- Maintain customer records and update relevant details.
- Build and manage positive customer relationships.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Eligibility:

- Graduate candidates preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

Salary:

- Freshers: ₹18,000 per month
- Experienced: Up to ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and interview performance.
