About the Role

This isn’t a traditional Customer Success role.

As part of our Customer Success team, you’ll sit at the intersection of AI, product, and real customer impact. You’ll work closely with enterprise clients, product and engineering teams, and AI systems to drive adoption, design better conversations, and turn insights into meaningful outcomes. You’ll get hands-on exposure to conversational design, prompt engineering, and problem-solving in a quick-moving startup environment, while shaping how businesses use AI to communicate with their customers.

What You'll Do:

1. Work closely with customers- understand their requirements, help them navigate the product, and ensure their day-to-day experience is smooth and effective.
2. Support customer projects end-to-end- coordinate with customers and internal teams, track project progress, follow up on action items, and make sure things move forward.
3. Build and improve AI conversations- create, test, and optimise bot workflows and conversation flows using tools like ChatGPT and our internal AI tools.
4. Understand customer needs and feedback- listen to customers, identify recurring issues or gaps, and work with Product and other teams to help improve the experience.

Review agent performance- analyse conversations, conduct quality checks, spot areas for improvement, and suggest changes to workflows or prompts.
6. Experiment and learn- try new prompts, AI capabilities, and product features and understand how they can improve customer outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

1. 0–2 years of experience, preferably in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, Growth, or similar roles.
2. Strong communication and people skills, you're comfortable speaking with customers, asking the right questions, understanding their concerns, and explaining things clearly.
3. Problem-solver you can break down a customer’s problem, figure out what needs to be done, and work towards a practical solution.
4. Curious about AI and technology, excited to learn how AI works and experiment with contemporary AI tools. No coding required.
5. Strong ownership and attention to detail, you follow through on tasks, keep things organized, and don't need to be chased for every next step.
6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with different teams.
7. Experience in SaaS, fintech, startups, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
