Envision Overseas Education is a leading consultancy dedicated to guiding students through every step of their journey toward higher education abroad. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a passionate Telecalling Executive to be the first point of contact for aspiring students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:•

Make outbound calls to students and parents to explain services related to overseas education.

- Achieve a minimum of 80 spoken-to outbound calls daily.
- Understand student requirements and provide accurate information on courses, countries, universities, and visa processes.
- Follow up consistently with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Schedule appointments for education counselors.
- Maintain and update call records, lead status, and student information in the CRM system.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead conversion targets.
- Maintain a skilled and positive approach with all clients and team members.

- Working days - Mon To Sat
- Timing - 10:00am to 6:30pm
- Location - Lowerparel, Mumbai
- Salary - upto 3 to 4LPA ( depending upon experience )
