We are looking for candidates with solid English communication, customer-handling skills and willingness to work in international shifts.

We’re looking for candidates with:
Skills Required:
- Strong spoken and written English communication
- Good customer handling & interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Comfortable working with CRM, email and web-based tools
- Good typing and documentation skills
- Ability to follow SOPs and defined processes
- Problem-solving and attention to detail
- Professional communication and customer-first approach
- Willingness to work in US/UK/international shifts, where required
Preferred:
- 6 months–2 years of experience in BPO / Customer Support / International Voice / Chat / Email / Back Office
- Experience with CRM or ticketing systems
- International customer-handling experience
Freshers with strong English communication and the right attitude may also be considered for suitable roles.
