About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions through inbound and outbound calls, resolving queries, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring meetings are scheduled as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions to their queries.
- Proactively connect with clients to schedule meetings as per company-defined norms and processes.
- Follow up with clients regarding scheduled meetings and ensure proper coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate with the internal sales/business team to ensure smooth customer handling.
- Ensure qualified and timely communication with all clients.
- Achieve defined calling, follow-up, and meeting-scheduling targets.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and represent the company professionally.





Requirements

- 2–3 years of proven experience in customer support, sales, marketing, telecalling, or client servicing.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with targets and follow company processes.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.
- Positive attitude, professional communication, and a customer-first approach.

Pay: ₹20,137.00 - ₹30,137.00 per month
