: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to understand customer requirements while delivering exceptional service. The role involves handling customer interactions through calls, resolving queries, promoting products/services, generating sales opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities : Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. Promote products and services to prospective customers.

Generate and convert leads into successful sales (where applicable). Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service. Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems. Build long-term relationships with customers.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and closure. Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly performance targets. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support.

Eligibility

Graduate (As per Process) Excellent communication skills in English. Customer-centric approach. Basic computer knowledge.
