Working Days: 6 days working

Weekly Off: Sunday fixed

We are hiring Domestic Voice Process Executives for the Bajaj process at our Nana Peth, Pune location.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with their queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and communication.
- Record customer interactions and update relevant information.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and call-handling guidelines.

Candidate Requirements
- Positive communication skills
- Language preffer Hindi, English, Tamil, Telegu
- Basic computer knowledge.




- Customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
