- Manage the complete customer lifecycle from booking to project handover
- Coordinate with customers for home loan processing and bank documentation.
- Follow up on construction stage payments and loan disbursements.
- Communicate with JV partners, customers, and internal departments.
- Handle customer documentation, registration, and possession processes.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure a smooth home-buying experience.
- Maintain customer records and provide regular status updates.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
