Salary: Up to 30,000 CTC

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Relationship Executive to manage and strengthen relationships with our international and domestic clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in the silver export or jewelry industry and possess excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end customer communication—from inquiries to order dispatch and after-sales support.
- Maintain strong follow-up with clients via email, phone, and WhatsApp.




- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics).
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.

Key Skills:

- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email platforms.
- Knowledge of export documentation (preferably for silver/jewelry).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in jewelry, fashion, or handicraft export businesses is an advantage.
- Familiarity with overseas client expectations and time zones.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
