- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell two-wheeler loan products • Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, interest rates, and repayment terms • Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion and loan disbursement • Stay updated on loan policies, product features, and market trends • Coordinate with field sales teams, dealer partners, and backend operations for successful lead closures • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly • Handle customer queries,

- Minimum 2 years of telesales experience in two-wheeler loans or personal loans • Robust communication and convincing skills in any two of the following languages: English, Kannada, Telugu • Hindi proficiency will be an added advantage • Customer-focused mindset with good problem-solving abilities • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and MS Office • Graduate in any discipline • Age below 30 years Compensation:
