Milkcrop is a Hyderabad dairy — our own animals, milked at 1 AM, fresh raw milk delivered to homes before sunrise. You will own our customer relationships and payment collections:
- Call customers about pending payments and get them collected • Handle customer questions and complaints on WhatsApp and phone • Bring back customers who stopped ordering • Work with our AI assistant Simran, who handles most first replies You must speak Telugu, Hindi and English, be comfortable asking for money politely, and have your own laptop.
Salary: ₹15,000 for 2 months, then ₹18,000. Extra ₹2,000 in any month collections go well.
Timing: 11 AM to 8 PM, 6 days, Wednesday off.
Interview: at our office, includes a live customer call test.
