For more details: https://www.rentokil-pestcontrolindia.com About the Role: ● Customer Development Executive is responsible for client retention, renewals & price increase & up-selling and Compliant Management related to commercial clients. ● The Incumbent works as part of a multi-functional team. This involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities: ● Focus on client retention, renewals & price increase & up-selling ● Compliant Management - To identify & resolve customer complaints within the specific timelines ● Alert Account Management - To identify the alert customer & bring the possibility of the revival of the accounts ● To provide recommendations & suggestions to the branch for the improvement ● Conduct regular reviews & terminate the non-revival accounts ● SPOC for Branch Renewals ● Total concentration on Renewal business only ● Sole Responsible ● On-time CCM/SQS/SQA ● Timely Terminations ● Coordination between Customers & Operations ● Increase in Branch Recent Sales as Branch CSEs can focus only on New sales ● Reduction in Outstanding ● Lead Generation Key Result Areas: ● Advance renewal follow-up and objection handling (with operational support). ● Send renewal letters with PI and perform regular updates in the renewal portal. ● Enter OCC data, ensure timely terminations, and follow up on outstanding items. ● Focus on productivity and renewal percentage improvement through effective customer reviews. ● Ensure comprehensive process implementation and renewal portal usage. ● Aim for increased branch new sales.
