- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and deliverables effectively. Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.
- Strong experience in application design and configuration within low-code platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to custom software solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques involving various data sources and services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable applications.
