As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and ensuring that the solutions align with organizational goals while maintaining seamless communication with stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.




- Maintain thorough documentation of application configurations and customizations to support ongoing maintenance and upgrades.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.
- Continuously monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance standards within enterprise environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP GRC modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP GRC and other enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
