Role OverviewWe are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our Calicut team. The role involves communicating with clients, understanding their requirements, providing accurate information about our services, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely follow-up throughout the client journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and provide accurate information about our services and processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely updates and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate client records, documents, and service-related information.




- Follow up with clients regarding pending documents, applications, and requirements.
- Assist in preparing basic reports, records, and client updates.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Escalate complex client queries to the appropriate team when required.
- Support the team in improving client communication and service delivery.
- Maintain proper follow-up and documentation throughout the client service process.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com graduates or postgraduates are eligible to apply.
- CS Foundation passed candidates can apply.
- Candidates currently pursuing Company Secretary (CS) are also eligible.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Valuable spoken and written English communication skills.
- Knowledge of Malayalam is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and business communication tools.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn about business processes, corporate services, and compliance.
- Professional attitude and ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
