About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented SaaS Sales Executive to join our team in Bhopal.

The candidate will be responsible for selling our CRM, WhatsApp API, LMS and business automation solutions to businesses and organizations. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, B2B sales experience, and the ability to understand customer requirements and convert prospects into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert B2B sales leads.
- Contact potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email and meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and identify their business challenges.
- Conduct product demos and presentations.
- Explain CRM, WhatsApp API, LMS and automation solutions to prospective clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with the product/support team for successful customer onboarding.
- Maintain knowledge of competitors, products and market trends.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, CRM, IT Software or B2B technology sales.




- Fluent English communication — verbal and written.
- Good Hindi communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email, Internet, WhatsApp and CRM software.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience in B2B sales and client handling preferred.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Target-oriented and motivated by sales performance.
- Professional attitude and good client-handling skills.
- Must be willing to work from office in Bhopal.
