Reporting To: Director / Sales HeadAbout the RoleRIMS India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager for its Lotus Segment. The role focuses on expanding the distributor and dealer network for salon equipment, salon hardware, salon furniture accessories, and skilled cosmetic products across India.

This is a B2B sales role where the primary responsibility is to appoint, manage, and grow distributors and channel partners. The role does not involve direct retail or end-user sales.Key Responsibilities

- Identify, appoint, and develop new distributors, dealers, and channel partners across assigned territories.
- Drive primary sales through distributors and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.




- Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors to ensure consistent business growth.
- Expand market presence by identifying new cities, regions, and business opportunities.
- Conduct distributor meetings, product demonstrations, and business presentations.
- Coordinate with distributors for inventory planning, product availability, and order fulfillment.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute distributor engagement and promotional activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, market feedback, and business forecasts.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivable cycles.
- Travel extensively to meet distributors, dealers, and business partners.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
