Communicate with business partners, dealers, and distributors regarding ongoing and upcoming schemes, promotional offers, and business initiatives, and generate orders accordingly. Prepare, compile, and submit various sales, payment, and business reports as per management requirements. Coordinate closely with the sales team, distributors, and dealers to monitor order status, payment follow-ups, and overall business activities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, orders, payments, schemes, and related business transactions in accordance with company policies and service standards. Prepare and consolidate data for monthly sales review meetings, including sales performance, payment targets, order status, and other key business metrics. Support the sales team in planning and achieving monthly sales and payment targets through regular follow-ups and coordination with business partners.

Track the implementation of schemes and offers and ensure timely communication and execution at the distributor/dealer level.
