About The Role
Build CRM systems around how a business actually sells, rather than bending the business around a product. You will customise, extend and integrate so reps stop living in spreadsheets.
What You'll Do
Customise CRM objects, pipelines, automation and permissions
Build integrations to telephony, WhatsApp, email and marketing platforms
Design lead routing, scoring and assignment logic
Migrate data between systems without losing history
Build reporting that sales leaders trust
Train teams and write the documentation that outlives you
What You'll Bring
3+ years building on or around a CRM
Strong API integration skills and a scripting language
Understanding of sales processes and pipeline mechanics
Data modelling instincts: you think about the schema before the screen
Patience With Stakeholders Who Describe Outcomes, Not Requirements
Nice to Have
Salesforce Apex, HubSpot custom objects or Zoho Deluge
Experience with data migration at scale
Familiarity with telephony or WhatsApp Business API integration
