We're looking for someone who loves talking to people, is confident communicating, and enjoys building relationships.

You don't need years of experience to apply. We're open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with some experience in social media, marketing, partnerships, community management, or related fields.

What matters most to us is your communication skills, confidence, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

Your mission will be to help us build Thrillark's creator ecosystem by partnering with creators, influencers, affiliates, and communities to generate authentic content that inspires travellers and drives bookings.

What you'll do:

- Discover and reach out to creators, micro-influencers, and travel storytellers.
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with creators across our destinations.
- Plan and coordinate creator collaborations and campaigns.
- Coordinate complimentary experiences and campaign logistics.
- Manage creator communication, follow-ups, content deliverables, and approvals.
- Help grow our affiliate and referral partner network.
- Track campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
- Work closely with our design, product, and growth teams to repurpose creator content across social media, ads, website, and marketing campaigns.

What we're looking for

- Confident and comfortable reaching out to current people every day.
- Friendly, proactive, and good at building genuine connections.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Organised and able to manage multiple conversations and campaigns.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership.
- Interest in travel, social media, creators, and startups.
- 0–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, partnerships, community management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Bonus points if you have:

- Experience managing a social media page or community.
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or the creator ecosystem.
- Experience with influencer outreach, partnerships, or affiliate programs.
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, Canva, or Meta Business Suite.
- A network of creators or travel influencers.
