We’re looking for an experienced Creative Head who can take creative ownership of multiple client brands, social media campaigns, paid ads, branding, videos, and visual communication.

? What Will You Handle?
As a Creative Head in a marketing agency, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the creative direction for multiple client brands
- Understanding client requirements and converting briefs into strong creative concepts
- Planning creative requirements for Social Media, Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
- Creating and reviewing high-converting ad creatives
- Managing complete Video Editing & Graphic Design requirements
- Creating Reels, Ad Videos, Promotional Videos & Brand Videos
- Developing Motion Graphics, Animations, Typography & Visual Effects
- Handling Branding & Packaging Design projects
- Maintaining consistency across different client brand identities
- Reviewing designs and videos before client delivery
- Managing and mentoring Graphic Designers & Video Editors
- Assigning creative tasks and ensuring timely delivery
- Working closely with Social Media Managers, Content Writers, Performance Marketers & Account Managers
- Taking creative feedback from clients and converting it into effective visual solutions
- Keeping the team updated with the latest creative trends, AI tools and digital content formats

We are NOT looking for someone who only knows software.
We need someone who understands:
BRAND → CONTENT → CREATIVE → CAMPAIGN → CONVERSION
You should understand what makes a creative scroll-stopping, engaging and suitable for marketing performance.
You must be comfortable working with multiple clients, tight deadlines, creative revisions and a fast-paced agency setting.
⭐ Ideal Candidate
✔ 3+ years of relevant experience
✔ Previous Digital Marketing / Advertising Agency experience preferred
✔ Strong Graphic Design + Video Editing portfolio
✔ Excellent knowledge of Motion Graphics
✔ Packaging & Branding experience
✔ AI tools ka practical knowledge
✔ Creative team handling experience
✔ Strong communication & leadership skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
