Role Description The Creative Designer and Artificial Intelligence Generalist will work on-site in Ahmedabad, contributing to visual communication, branding, and AI-driven solutions that support the firm’s advisory and consulting services. This role involves designing digital and print assets, presentations, infographics, and marketing collateral aligned with the firm’s brand and strategic messaging. The position also includes identifying opportunities to apply AI tools, building and refining prototypes, automating routine processes, and supporting data visualization for internal teams and client projects.

The individual will collaborate with consultants, auditors, and tax advisors to translate complex information into clear,



engaging visual and AI-powered formats, while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency. The role requires proactive research into emerging design and AI trends and the ability to propose practical, business-focused innovations.

Qualifications

- Strong visual design skills, including proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD or similar) and experience creating brand-compliant digital and print materials.
- Experience with AI tools and platforms (e.g., generative AI, machine learning-based productivity tools, data visualization or automation frameworks) and the ability to apply them to real business use cases.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, layout, typography, and information design, with the ability to present complex financial or regulatory content in accessible visual formats.
- Ability to conduct structured research, analyze requirements from consulting teams, and translate them into creative concepts, storyboards, and prototypes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and present design and AI solution concepts to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated experience in a professional setting, preferably in consulting, financial services, or a similarly structured business environment.
- High level of attention to detail, time management
