Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced S2P System Configuration Team Lead to lead the administration, support, configuration, governance, and continuous improvement of the Zycus Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of S2P System Administrators.
- Manage day-to-day Zycus S2P administration and configuration.
- Configure workflows, approval rules, user roles, master data, forms, templates and notifications.
- Handle complex incidents, escalations, enhancement requests and support queues.
- Support supplier onboarding, supplier enablement, catalogs, Punchout and cXML transactions.
- Work closely with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Sourcing, Contracting, IT, ERP and vendor teams.
- Coordinate system integrations and troubleshoot interface failures.
- Manage releases, regression testing, UAT and production deployments.
- Ensure proper change management, documentation and configuration governance.
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare reports for stakeholders and leadership.
- Drive automation, standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, data privacy and segregation-of-duties requirements.
- Manage role-based access and periodic user access reviews.




- Support roadmap planning, system enhancements and process transformation.
- Develop SOPs, training materials and support documentation.
- Coach team members and ensure effective service delivery across global teams.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6–8+ years of experience in Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay or procurement technology platforms.
- 2+ years of team leadership / mentoring / support function experience preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience with Zycus preferred.
- Experience with Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement Cloud or similar platforms will be considered.
- Robust understanding of S2P processes including:
- Requisitioning & Purchasing
- Supplier Onboarding
- Sourcing
- Catalog Management
- Contract Management
- Invoicing / Accounts Payable
- Experience with workflow configuration, access management, data governance and testing.
- Knowledge of cXML, Punchout, Hosted Catalogs and supplier integrations.
- Experience with ERP-connected procurement environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with SaaS release cycles, UAT, change management and production support.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Lean Six Sigma / process improvement experience is an added advantage.
