Job Summary:

WebSenor is looking for a friendly, confident, and motivated Counsellor to guide prospective clients/students, understand their requirements, answer queries, and help them make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel prospective clients/students through phone, email, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services/programs.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Handle inquiries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
- Maintain lead, follow-up, and conversion records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
- Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets.
- Build robust client relationships.





Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving ability.
- Basic MS Excel, MS Word, and email knowledge.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive and professional attitude.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience:

Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in counselling, customer service, sales, or telecalling can apply. Education counselling/admissions/CRM experience is an advantage.
