Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training-needs assessments and identify skill gaps.
- Design training modules, presentations, activities, and learning materials.
- Deliver classroom, virtual, workshop, and on-the-job training.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Train employees on processes, systems, policies, products, and soft skills.
- Collaborate with HR, managers, and business leaders to align training with organizational goals.
- Assess learning through tests, feedback, observation, and performance metrics.
- Track attendance, completion, assessment results, and training records.
- Continuously improve training content based on feedback and business requirements.
- Stay updated on training methodologies, technology, and industry practices.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Education, Management, or a relevant discipline.
- Prior experience in corporate training, L&D;, teaching, coaching, or a relevant functional domain.
- Training/L&D; certification is an advantage.
