About The Role:

The Creative Copy Lead role at 5W1H is pivotal for driving developing unique and engaging brand narratives and strategic solutions for our clients. The person shall have a broad understanding of human psychology, socio-economic behaviours and cultural nuances of India in context to advertising. We are looking for high performing individuals who are creatively driven, communication specialists and people obsessed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Lead brainstorming and strategy sessions with creative teams to develop innovative ideas and concepts for campaigns.

· Use customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis to inform and influence creative copies.

· Work closely with account management and creative teams to ensure alignment between the client’s brand, creative strategy, and business objectives.





· Collaborate with production and media teams to ensure the feasibility and successful execution of campaign ideas.

· Researching keywords to make interesting written copy and proof reading their work.

What You’ll Need:

· Experience: 4+ years of experience in creative writing, content strategy, or a similar role in an advertising agency or related workplace.

· Skill Set: Demonstrated ability to develop marketing and advertising strategies that meet or exceed client objectives . Knowledge of advertising channels and marketing techniques.

· Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create compelling presentations and pitches.

· Educational Background: Proficiency in MS Office, Social & Digital Analytics, ChatGPT & other AI Tools.

· Leadership: Hands-on experience leading projects and collaborating with diverse teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.
