Co. مجموعة شركات ياس عسكر will manage and support volunteer activities in alignment with organizational programs and community initiatives. This part-time, remote role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling volunteers, as well as maintaining accurate volunteer records and communication. The coordinator will design and deliver volunteer training, provide ongoing guidance, and ensure volunteers have clear roles and responsibilities.

Day-to-day tasks include organizing virtual meetings, collaborating with internal teams to identify volunteer needs, overseeing community outreach initiatives, and monitoring volunteer engagement and performance. The role also involves preparing updates and reports on volunteer activities and recommending improvements to volunteer programs.

Qualifications

- Ability to coordinate Volunteer Management activities, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing support.




- Solid Volunteer Training skills, with experience designing and delivering training sessions, resources, and orientation programs.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage, motivate, and retain volunteers and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in Community Outreach, including building relationships with community partners and promoting volunteer opportunities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote, part-time environment.
- Comfort with digital tools and online collaboration platforms for remote coordination and communication.
- Prior experience in volunteer coordination, nonprofit work, or community programs is highly beneficial.
- Relevant education or training in social work, community development, management, or related fields is an asset.
