Key Responsibilities:

- Managing and Negotiating contracts, reviewing documents, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Enquiry floating to vendors through email/ call and meeting
- Attending site, Contractors, Billing & Planning query




- To check quality and man power of the vender by site visit and client feedback.
- Weekly target VS Achieve PPC report preparing
- Checking of approved indents from ERP and printing all the approved service indents with attachments

Required Candidate profile

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

· Attention to detail and robust analytical skills

· Experience in the real estate industry

· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Working Days & Timings: Monday – Friday, 08 Hrs 30 mins shift
