Job Title: Content Writer

Experience: 3-5 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a Content Writer who understands that content is not one-size-fits-all. This role requires strong command over short-form, medium-form, and long-form content, with the ability to adapt writing style based on platform, audience, brand tone, and business objective.

You will work closely with the Social Media Executive, Graphic Designer, and Marketing team to create content that is clear, relevant, and purposeful.

Key Responsibilities

● Write short-form content for social media (hooks, captions, scripts).

● Create medium-form content for LinkedIn, social media creatives, thought leadership, and brand storytelling.

● Write long-form content for websites, landing pages, blogs, newsletters, and marketing assets.

● Maintain strong grammar, sentence structure, and clarity across all formats.

● Use appropriate corporate and business vocabulary, including niche-specific terminology.

● Understand and consistently follow the brand’s tone, personality, and context.

● Apply copywriting principles to drive engagement, trust, and action.

● Create and manage content pillars, content buckets, and content calendars.

● Research topics relevant to business goals, industry trends,



and target audiences on different platforms.

● Write SEO-optimized blog articles using relevant keywords and search intent.

● Reframe, update, and optimize existing content to make it SEO-friendly and current.

● Write content for personal branding, maintaining tone, voice, and character consistency.

● Use and adapt to emerging content and AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality.

● Create corporate presentations, informational documents, and internal/external materials.

Skills & Mindset Required

● Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.

● Ability to switch tones across platforms and use cases.

● Research-driven and audience-first approach.

● Understanding of SEO basics and content performance.

● Clear thinking, structured writing, and accountability for quality.

Additional Qualification

● Editorial experience is a plus, including experience in content reviewing, structuring narratives, maintaining editorial standards, and ensuring consistency across long-form and high-impact content.
