Content Strategist – Socials

What you’ll do

- Own content strategy and ideation for Dressfolk’s social platforms
- Conceptualise and script short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, etc.), not just static posts
- Research fashion, culture, and social trends to create video-first content ideas • Develop storytelling-driven narratives aligned with the brand voice
- Write clear scripts, hooks, captions, and briefs for video content
- Collaborate closely with creators, editors, and design teams to execute ideas




- Build long-term content pillars that strengthen brand recall and affinity

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For

- 2–6 years experience in content, brand strategy, or social for D2C brands
- Interest/education in fashion
- Proven ability to ideate for video-first social platforms
- A strong knack for fashion with an understanding of, styling and visual storytelling
- Sharp sense of aesthetics, trends, and cultural relevance
- Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and storytelling for short-form video
- Ability to research deeply and turn insights into engaging content ideas
- Experience with fashion or lifestyle brands is a plus
