### About the Role

We are looking for a Content Marketer & GTM Intern who wants hands-on experience in B2B marketing, social selling, content marketing, and customer acquisition.

This is a hands-on execution role, not a traditional content-writing internship. You will work directly on our proven GTM and outreach system, engaging with potential customers on LinkedIn, creating content, and helping generate inbound and outbound opportunities.

Our outreach process, messaging frameworks, ICP, copy, and execution system are already defined. Your job is to learn the system and execute it consistently.

### What You’ll Do

Identify and engage with potential customers on LinkedIn.

Reach out to approximately 10 potential clients every day using our proven outreach process.

Send outreach from your own LinkedIn profile, representing our company with the messaging, copy, and positioning we provide.

Engage with high-intent prospects through meaningful LinkedIn comments and conversations.

Monitor relevant conversations and identify potential leads.

Write thoughtful, relevant comments on posts from prospects and target accounts.

Create and publish content on your own LinkedIn profile to build authority and generate inbound leads.

Develop LinkedIn posts around B2B, SaaS, technology, marketing, GTM, and relevant industry topics.

Repurpose existing company knowledge, case studies, insights, and content into engaging social content.

Track outreach, engagement, responses, and leads generated.

Work closely with the GTM and marketing team to improve messaging and content performance.

Follow our existing GTM playbooks and continuously improve execution based on results.

### What We’re Looking For

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong English communication skills.

Comfortable communicating with business owners, founders, marketers, and senior professionals.

Comfortable using LinkedIn actively.

Willing to post content from your own LinkedIn profile.

Curious about GTM, B2B marketing, sales, content marketing, and growth.

Consistent, disciplined, and comfortable with daily execution.

Ability to follow a defined process while also thinking independently.

Willingness to learn and experiment with different content and outreach approaches.

Strong attention to detail.

### Important Eligibility Criteria

Full-time availability is mandatory.

This is not suitable for candidates currently pursuing college full-time.

MBA is not required.

No specific degree is required if you have solid communication and execution skills.

Freshers are welcome to apply if they demonstrate strong communication, writing, and learning ability.
