Key Responsibilties :

- Manage weekly and monthly content calendars and track content from ideation to publishing
- Convert content ideas into detailed execution briefs for reels, carousels, static posts, founder content, rider stories, campaigns, and more
- Assist with writing scripts, hooks, captions, CTAs, hashtags, and post copy
- Coordinate with the Content Creator & Graphic Designer for creative execution, revisions, and final approvals
- Plan and coordinate content shoots by managing locations, scripts, references, people,



timelines, and shoot requirements
- Coordinate publishing across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, X, and other relevant platforms
- Research trending content formats, reels, memes, creators, and competitor content and maintain a content idea bank
- Support influencer and creator coordination, including outreach, briefs, deliverables, timelines, and campaign tracking
- Track content performance, including reach, impressions, views, watch time, engagement, shares, saves, and follower growth
- Prepare weekly/monthly content reports and identify high-performing and low-performing content
- Maintain organised trackers for briefs, scripts, raw footage, final assets, approvals, and content deliverables
- Follow up with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure content is delivered on time

What we are looking for :

✔️ Up to 2 years of experience in Content Marketing, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or a similar role

✔️ Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X

✔️ Excellent organisation, coordination, and written communication skills

✔️ Ability to manage multiple content pieces and deadlines simultaneously

✔️ Strong understanding of social media trends, content formats, memes, and internet culture

✔️ A proactive and ownership-driven mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup workplace
